The story began in 2006 when founder Patrick Wong, inspired by the majestic CorNichE of the Middle East, decided to create a brand that would offer a uniquely beautiful experience with every bite. Naming the brand after the Arabian CorNichE where he had his vision, Patrick Wong’s mission was clear:

The Journey to Sweet Success

At first, CorNichE faced challenges breaking into the competitive snack market, especially in Singapore, where established brands dominated. However, the company’s perseverance led them to foreign markets, starting with China.

CorNichE Marshmallow, known for its light texture and less sweetness, quickly gained popularity, and soon, the brand expanded to Eastern and Western countries.
